[New, improved and almost Y3K compliant]
Another year has passed and it is almost SOS, Same Old Stuff, again...Carol is doing the same stuff as she did last year. I got an additional job and we traveled a bit more. Our philosophy is to travel while we still have some of our physical health left. Our mental health is questionable at best.
First off, two things of most importance...first....

We ended the trip with Iguazu Falls, which straddles the border between Argentina and Brazil. More pictures.
In May, we visited New York and the New York Lewin Family. Even more pictures.
Acquiring some strange affinity for TSA (Transportation Security Administration or also known as Thousands Standing Around) we took to the skies again and spent a month in Europe, visiting the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and one stop in Switzerland.
We got to the Netherlands well ahead of our river cruise up the Rhine River so Arnie could participate in a ham radio contest. If you wish to read about the nerdy and geeky details of this ham radio portion of the trip, you can follow this thread here or you can just read on.
For those always clamoring for me to post vacation pictures on Shutterfly or Picasa or the like, I have posted many here. Enjoy and quit asking.

As of this writing, I am waiting for a call from work. With all the aftermath from Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast, I should be outta here within the next week. That is why I am pounding this out as soon as possible.
Carol is still volunteering at all the same places, Master Gardeners, Encinitas Library, San Diego Botanic Garden, a member of several book groups and frequents local restaurants with her friends.
Anthony received a promotion at work and is a higher class auditor for the city and county of Indianapolis (Indiana).
Erin is extremely busy with Indie Gift Box and other ventures. (Must be nice to be that young with all that energy). I have to go lie down now.
So it has been a busy year and there is no rest for the weary. Keep checking back as I may get the energy to continue to update. But then again.....
